Solution 4: Modify printer Settings

Click on the start and Select Devices and Printers in the right window. Next, you will notice the printer where you will have to right click on it and then choose printing preferences.

Now, a window will appear and in that Click on Advanced. In the many settings sections, you have to select the Paper Size, and then set it A4 and then click OK.
